AAC extension contains an unmodified, single-threaded, size-optimized FFmpeg
AAC-LC encoder (LGPL-2.1-or-later), not a complete FFmpeg runtime.
Corresponding FFmpeg source commit and replacement/rebuild instructions are
in aac-encoder-source-and-build.md. License texts are under ffmpeg/.
No GPL, version 3 or nonfree FFmpeg components are enabled by this extension.

esbuild 0.28.2 is build tooling (MIT), not browser runtime.

The non-commercial Framegen student model is not distributed or used.
